Closures For Juneteenth In Flagstaff

Flagstaff City Hall offices will be closed on Wednesday for Juneteenth National Independence Day. City Hall offices will open back up on Thursday at 8 a.m. East Flagstaff Community Library, Downtown Flagstaff Library, Hal Jensen Recreation Center, and Joe C. Montoya Community and Senior Center are also closed to observe Juneteenth. The Aquaplex and the Jay Lively Activity Center will open during their normal hours and for scheduled programming. Trash and recycling will operate on a regular schedule as well. Mountain Line will operate on a regular weekday schedule, but its administrative office will be closed and reopen at 8 a.m. on Thursday. Juneteenth is the day enslaved people were freed after the Civil War in the United States.
