A California man, who was reported missing at the Grand Canyon is now presumed to have drowned. National Park Service officials say 66-year-old Peter Schwab of Healdsburg, California was last seen last Friday on a river trip on a small beach downriver from National Canyon. He was reported missing after a day hike to the Narrows in National Canyon. Park officials believe he drowned in the Colorado River. An investigation is ongoing.
