The Prescott Valley Police Department is looking for a man who was last seen back on Sunday, July 11th, however a new discovery could shed some light on his disappearance. Authorities are looking for 38-year-old Brian Richard Harris. He told his mother he wanted to go somewhere cooler and higher in altitude and he hasn’t been heard from since. His mother thought he may have gone to the Big Lake area near Springerville, or somewhere in the Flagstaff area. Police say Harris’ vehicle was found near Needles, California by the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department last Thursday. Harris still hasn’t been found. Harris is a white male, with glasses and short buzz cut hair cut. He is five-foot-seven and weighs 140 pounds with blue eyes. Brian suffers from PTSD from two combat tours in Iraq and is believed to be armed, but hasn’t been associated with any crime. If anyone has information on his whereabouts, contact Prescott Valley Police at (928) 772-9267 or call 911.
