Seven people were injured after a multi-vehicle accident Sunday evening in Prescott Valley. Central Arizona Fire and Medical officials say the accident happened on State Route 89A and Coyote Springs Road at around 6 p.m. The accident involved two vehicles with heavy damage with one of the vehicles on its side. Multiple emergency response vehicles arrived at the scene, including five Lifeline ambulances, two helicopters and several Prescott Valley Police and DPS officers. Five people with non-life threatening injuries were taken by ambulance to Yavapai Regional Medical Center, while the other two with serious injuries were flown to Phoenix area hospitals.
