Chino Valley Police officers conducted a pre-planned drug sweep of the campus of Chino Valley High School Wednesday. The sweep took place after school officials received information regarding a possible influx of illegal and illicit drugs, to include Fentanyl, on campus. School officials notified police and the sweep was initiated. Local law enforcement agencies used ten drug sniffing K9’s in the operation. As a result of the sweep, no illegal or illicit drugs were found and there were no other illegal items located.
