The AMBER Alert issued for a missing three-year-old and his father from Tennessee has been canceled after Noah Clare and his 16-year-old cousin Amber were found safe. They were found just outside of San Clemente, California Thursday morning. The father, 35-year-old Jacob Clare, was taken into custody. The father and Noah were seen recently in Parker, which led to the AMBER Alert being issued, however it wasn’t known until recently if Amber was with them or not. Authorities found their silver 2005 Subaru Legacy Tuesday in San Clemente. Jacob was wanted in Gallatin, Tennessee on aggravated kidnapping and custodial interference charges. He also was wanted for the same crimes in Beaver Dam, Kentucky. Noah and Amber are in good condition.
