The Arizona Department of Transportation is reminding motorists of overnight lane restrictions on State Route 89 at the Road 3 North intersection in Chino Valley beginning Sunday. Restrictions will be in place as crews install a new traffic loop detector system. State Route 89 will be narrowed to one lane only, with alternating north and southbound travel and the speed limit will be reduced to 25-miles-per-hour. Restrictions will begin Sunday at 9 p.m. and be lifted at 5 a.m. on Tuesday. ADOT reminds residents to slow down and use caution when traveling near crews and equipment.
