Flaggers will help with traffic flow, a 16-foot vehicle width restriction will be in place, and the speed limit will be lowered to 25-miles-per-hour. Construction will begin at 6 a.m. and finish at 6 p.m. daily. Restrictions are expected to be lifted on Wednesday.
