The Arizona Department of Transportation is reminding travelers of intermittent lane restrictions on State Route 89 south of Wilhoit beginning Wednesday at 7 a.m. Lane restrictions are needed for crews to apply a chip-seal to help extend the life of the roadway. State Route 89 will be narrowed to one lane with alternating north and southbound travel and flaggers guiding traffic. This stretch of construction is expected to be completed by Friday evening at 5:30 pm. and delays may be up to ten minutes. ADOT reminds residents and travelers to slow down and be prepared to stop near crews and equipment.
