A Winter Weather Advisory Will Be In Effect For The Prescott Area Saturday And Sunday, Winter Storm Watch Sunday Through Tuesday

A Winter Weather Advisory will be in effect from 8 p.m. Saturday until 5 p.m. Sunday and a Winter Storm Watch will be in effect from 8 p.m. Sunday until Tuesday evening as two strong winter storms bear down on Northern Arizona. The first storm that spawned the advisory, will being mostly rain to the Prescott area, however some areas could see about an inch of snow this weekend. Storm number two could bring some of the same amounts, but more rain could cause widespread flooding. If you have travel plans this weekend and into next week, you may want to adjust them so you won’t be caught in what looks to be the strongest winter storm of the season thus far.
