A Wind Advisory Has Been Issued For Parts Of Northern Arizona For Today And Into Tomorrow

A Wind Advisory will be in effect today through tomorrow morning for parts of Northern Arizona. The National Weather Service says the advisory is for the Greater Flagstaff Area, Williams, Munds Park, Prescott, Seligman and Tuba City, among other places. Forecasters say to expect winds 20-to-30 miles per hour, with gusts up to 40-to-50 miles an hour. Gusty winds could make driving difficult on Interstate-40 and other open highways, especially for high-profile vehicles. If you are traveling today, use caution.
