A stalled vehicle in Prescott Valley Wednesday led to an arrest of a man who was wanted for several warrants. Police say officers responded to the intersection of State Route 69 and Prescott Country Club, where a vehicle with a towed trailer, was stalled blocking the road. The driver of the vehicle, 29-year-old Caleb Seawart from Phoenix, was arrested on the warrants. Officers also discovered illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia and a firearm in the vehicle. Two passengers in the vehicle, 31-year-old Jon Roger McCluskey and 39-year-old Jessica Lynn James, both from Mesa, were also implicated with multiple illegal drugs and paraphernalia. Officers also discovered the trailer, and the motorcycle in the trailer, were both stolen from Phoenix. All three were arrested and booked into the Yavapai County Detention Center in Camp Verde.
