A Red Flag Warning and a Wind Advisory is in effect for Northern Arizona, this time it includes the Prescott area. Forecasters say winds will be between 25-to-35 miles-per-hour with gusts up to 45-to-55 miles-per-hour at times. The alerts are in effect for all five Northern Arizona forests and much of Northern Arizona, including Prescott, Prescott Valley, Sedona and Cottonwood. Strong winds combined with low humidities mean that just one spark can start and spread a wildfire quickly. If you are traveling and pulling a trailer, make sure the chains are off the highway and if you smoke, do not toss a cigarette out of the window. If you see smoke, call 9-1-1. The warning and advisory are in effect until 7 p.m., 8 p.m. on the Navajo Nation
