A Major Accident In Dewey/Humboldt Easter Sunday Leaves A Young Boy With Life-Threatening Injures

A family of four is recovering after a multi-vehicle accident, involving a drunk driver, in Dewey-Humboldt Easter Sunday night. DPS says a three-vehicle accident took place on Highway 69 near Ornage Road at around 6:47 p.m. The collision involved a Dodge Charger and a Toyota Corolla. Twenty-five-year-old Jannette Sanchez and her husband, 27-year-old Victor Sanchez, and their two kids were injured in the accident and flown to a Phoenix area hospital.  Family tell KAFF News Victor has been released from the hospital, but Jannette is in stable condition with serious injuries.  Their six-year-old son remains in critical condition with numerous serious injuries.  The one-month-old girl is recovering from her non-life threatening injuries.   The 67-year-old driver of the Dodge Charger was not injured and is facing DUI charges. A third vehicle hit one of the other vehicles and spun around. The driver was not hurt.
