A Fredonia Woman Was Arrested On Multiple Drug Charges In Cottonwood September 19th

A Fredonia woman was arrested on September 19th on multiple drug charges in Cottonwood. Cottonwood Public Safety Communications Center received a tip regarding a stolen vehicle in the area. Later, Cottonwood Police officers located to vehicle near the intersection of Camino Real and South Main Street parked at a nearby motel. Inside of the office of the motel, police located 24-year-old Aspen Jade McCune, as well as another male subject. After searching the stolen vehicle, officers found 245 fentanyl pills, five grams of methamphetamine, a psilocybin mushroom, and other drug paraphernalia. McCune had several felony warrants for her arrest in Coconino County and Utah. McCune has since been booked into the Yavapai County Detention Center and has been charged with unlawful use of means of transportation, the possession and transportation of dangerous and narcotic drugs for sale, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
