A Flood Watch is in effect through 11 p.m. Thursday for Northern Arizona. The National Weather Service says deep moisture will interact with a low pressure system west of the state that will bring a threat of occasional showers and thunderstorms with heavy rainfall during the watch time. Flash flooding will be possible in creeks, normal dry washes and recently burned areas.
