A teenager was killed Thursday morning after he crossed a street in Prescott Valley. Police say the 14-year-old crossed near the intersection of Spouse Drive and Robert Road at around 7:25 a.m. The boy was hit by a red pickup truck after he ran across the street after being behind a semi-truck that was stopped to make deliveries. The teenager was pronounced dead at the scene. There’s no word on the identity of the victim. The accident remains under investigation.
