A Bomb Threat Called Into The Prescott Police Department Deemed False Thursday

A bomb threat was called into the Prescott Police Department earlier today. Police say the caller said there was a van parked close to the entrance of the Yavapai County Justice Building parking garage on Alacron Street at around 12:15 p.m. The building was evacuated and bomb sniffing dogs were brought in to investigate the van. There were no explosives detected and two people are being detained for questioning. The area has been deemed safe
