Gas prices in Arizona crept up a bit this week. Triple-A Arizona says the statewide average is up a half-cent to $2.23 a gallon. In Flagstaff, gas is up about three-tenths of a cent to $2.50 a gallon, however some stations in the city are selling gas for $2.29 and lower. In the Prescott area, gas is up nearly a cent to $2.30 a gallon. Officials say with the summer driving season in the rear-view mirror, expect gas prices to keep going up for the time being.
