Gas prices in Arizona are at their highest point this year. Triple-A Arizona says prices are up over two-and-a-half cents from last week to $2.30 a gallon. In Flagstaff, gas is up nearly five-cents a gallon to $2.52 on average. However, some stations in town are selling gas for $2.31 and lower. In the Prescott area, gas is up nearly three-cents from last week to $2.30 a gallon. Officials say a more-expensive summer-blend gasoline and increased driving demand, along with higher oil prices, are driving prices up this week.
