Gas prices have levelled off across the state. Triple-A Arizona says the average price of gas is unchanged from last week, sitting at $2.86 a gallon. In Flagstaff, gas prices fell two-cents a gallon on average from last week to $3.05 a gallon. Some stations are selling gas for $2.85 and lower. In the Prescott area, gas prices are down a tenth-of cent to $3.03 a gallon. Some stations there are selling gas for $2.95 and lower. Officials say the switch to winter blend gas will take place soon, which means a decline in gas prices later in the month.
