Gas prices are still holding steady across Northern Arizona. Triple-A Arizona says the average price of gas in the state is $2.29 a gallon, which is up almost a cent from last week. In Flagstaff, gas is up about a cent-and-a-half to $2.50 a gallon. However, some stations are selling gas for $2.29 and lower. In the Prescott area, gas was up just a tenth-of-a-cent to $2.33 a gallon. Officials say gas prices could spike again as the summer driving season gets closer, however demand could be low so prices might stay even for the time being.
