Flagstaff received the most snow so far this season yesterday, but more is on the way. The National Weather Service says Flagstaff received five-and-a-half inches of snow through this morning. The city currently sits at just under 13 inches of snow for the season, which is about 30 inches below normal at this point. Snow is in the forecast through the weekend and the middle part of next week. Forecasters say right now expect four-to-eight inches of snow in Flagstaff this weekend, with a stronger, colder storm coming into play Monday and Tuesday that could bring a more abundant snowfall. If you have travel plans over the next few days, keep an eye on the weather and if you have to travel during winter conditions, take your time and use caution.
