The Flagstaff City Council had a busy agenda last night with a few key items to discuss. First up was an ordinance that would raise rates for stormwater fees in Flagstaff. The vote on the ordinance was unanimous and it is expected to be adopted in the December 19th meeting. Next for the council was an ordinance involving changes to the Flagstaff Zoning Code for repeal of conflicting ordinances and changes to transect zoning. The ordinance passed for the first time with a 6-1 vote, with Councilman Odegaard the lone no vote. Also a resolution opposing a proposed entrance fee increase at the Grand Canyon was unanimously approved by the council.
