Eight people have been arrested in a prostitution sting in a multi-agency investigation. Officials with the Flagstaff and Prescott Valley police departments, along with the FBI, conducted a one-day undercover investigation Friday. Arrested were 52-year-old Maximo Marcilla of Flagstafff, 29-year-old Ong Janul of Flagstaff, 34-year-old Bradley Voigt of Flagstaff, 37-year-old Alonzo Yazzie of Flagstaff, 22-year-old Andrew Mullen of Flagstaff, Isaias Pozos-Gomes of Flagstaff, 33-year-old Abel Villar of Flagstaff and 27-year-old Christopher Marchant of Prescott Valley. Investigators focused on people paying to have sex with minors, under the age of 16. All of the arrests involved made arrangements for specific sex acts that would be conducted with minors in the sting. Undercover officers fielded over 100 calls and inquiries from would-be suspects with a large number declining upon learning the age of the girls. The goal of the investigation was to abate local child prostitution and prostitution in general that is organized through the internet.
