The City of Flagstaff is asking the public for comment and feedback of the Transect-TIA Request for Statement of qualifications. The event will be held next Wednesday evening at The Murdoch Community Center at 203 East Brennen Avenue. The city plans to hire a consultant to review current city codes that impact the development of property within the city. City officials say many in the community think NAU’s expansion is creating stress on the adjacent neighborhood’s sense of place and Flagstaff infrastructure capacity. City staff would appreciate feedback on the plan before it goes before council on Tuesday, October 31st. Next week’s event will run from 5:30 until 7 p.m.
