A Chino Valley man who was arrested last November after he was caught with meth and pills containing fentanyl will spend the next nine years in prison. Forty-two-year-old Christopher Livernois agreed to a plea deal Monday. He will be officially sentenced on June 24th. He was arrested by Yavapai County PANT officials as he was leaving a Prescott-bar near 6th Street. They searched his backpack and found meth and a pill container with 55 blue pills that were later identified as mimic pills laced with fentanyl. He was arrested on numerous drug charges, but accepted the greatest offense of possession of meth for sale. He will serve his time without parole or early release.
