A woman from Cameron, north of Flagstaff, was found dead in a Kentucky hotel room over the weekend. Police in Florence, Kentucky were called to the room where they found 26-year-old Amanda Webster unresponsive. Officials say Webster moved to Kentucky about three months ago, with her three young children, and was working in the area to support them. Police say the room was rented by 32-year-old Jesse A. James. James was arrested at a local movie theater after he was acting strangely and gave officers two false names. James reportedly admitted to killing Webster early Saturday morning. He was booked on murder, tampering with evidence, identity theft and giving false information. James pleaded not guilty in a Kentucky courtroom Monday morning. He is being held on one-million dollars bond. There is a GoFundMe page that has been set up to help pay to take Amanda’s body back to Cameron.
