A Winter Weather Advisory will be in effect for areas of Flagstaff from 11 p.m. Monday through Tuesday morning as a quick-moving storm system blows through the area. Forecasters says a strong cold front will bring a few hours of moderate to heavy snowfall late Monday night, followed by scattered snow showers through Tuesday morning. Forecasters say most of the snow will fall between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. Total snow amounts will be between two-and-four inches. Strong gusty winds are expected during this time as well, so if you plan on traveling in the overnight hours tonight, use caution and slow down if you come across adverse weather conditions.
