Prescott Valley Man Sentenced To Prison After Convicted For Selling Fentanyl

A Prescott Valley man has been sentenced to ten years in prison in his connection to fentanyl sales back in May. Twenty-eight-year-old Jeffrey Wagner pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of narcotic drugs for sale, fentanyl and heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and misconduct involving weapons. PANT began investigating possible drug activity by Wagner after receiving information that he was driving to Phoenix to purchase drugs and selling powder fentanyl, mimic M-30 pills laced with fentanyl and heroin from his residence in Prescott Valley. After obtaining a search warrant, PANT conducted a search of Wagner’s residence and discovered approximately 217 M-30 fentanyl pills, ten grams of pure fentanyl powder, heroin, methamphetamine, Clonazepam pills, and used syringes. PANT also found items associated with drug sales including multiple surveillance cameras mounted both outside and inside the residence, pill press, bindles for packaging, and cash. Additionally, a handgun, rifle and a 12-gauge shotgun, reported as stolen, and a large quantity of rounds were found. Two others were arrested with Wagner in May. Twenty-three-year-old Ashleigh Olivas and 27-year-old Shelbie Fromm were also charged.
