The Navajo Nation is heading back into a weekend curfew. The Navajo Department of Health says a 56-hour curfew will run for at least the next two weekends due to the “uncontrolled spread of COVID-19.” The regular daily curfew will stay in place from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The weekend curfew will begin 9 p.m. Friday and ending 5 a.m. Monday. Health officials are telling people to stay on the Navajo Nation and refrain from off-reservation travel. People are also advised not to gather with anyone outside their immediate household.
