An AMBER Alert that was issued for a missing teenage girl from Idaho Monday night has been cancelled and she is safe. The FBI was looking for 17-year-old Sandra Rios-Chavez, who was last seen at her home in Jerome, Idaho Sunday. Authorities say it is believed she was forcibly kidnapped by Miguel Rodriguez-Perez in Jerome County, Idaho at around 6 p.m. at the Wendy’s Restaurant in Jerome. Monday night, multiple law enforcement officials trailed a car that matched the description of Perez’s vehicle in North Phoenix near I-17 and Deer Valley Road. When officers reached the car, Sandra and Miguel were nowhere to be found. The two were found early Tuesday morning in Surprise. Miguel was taken into custody and Sandra was safe and unharmed.
