Gas prices continue to climb around Arizona. Triple-A Arizona says the average price of gas in the state jumped eight-cents a gallon this week to $2.93 a gallon. In Flagstaff the average price of gas is now over three-dollars a gallon as it went up over four-cents this week to $3.04 a gallon. Some stations in Flagstaff are selling gas at $2.92 and lower. In Prescott, the average price of gas is also over three-dollars a gallon as it rose eight-cents this week to $3.01 a gallon. Some stations in Prescott are selling gas at $2.85 and lower. Officials say demand is at summer-levels and with shrinking supplies, prices at the pump are likely to continue to go up for the foreseeable future.
