The Flagstaff City Council will meet in a work session tonight at City Hall. Council will see a presentation on two parcels of land set aside for affordable housing. Currently parcels on West Street and one on Sixth Avenue are zoned “public facility.” A rezoning would have to happen on the property in order to build housing on it. They will also discuss transportation, the budget calendar and possible council action regarding President Trump’s recent decision on the DACA program. They will also discuss talking points they will have with the Navajo Tribal Council when they visit Window Rock later this week. The session starts at 6 p.m.
