A man who lost his life in a plane crash in Prescott last month has been identified. Prescott Police say they received an alert from the Prescott Airport at around 8:35 p.m. last week regarding a possible plane crash near the north end of the airport. Police, along with Prescott and Central Arizona Fire and Medical crews responded to the scene to find a single engine aircraft that had crashed about a quarter mile north of the airport. The only person on board was 71-year-old Brian Brantner of Prescott and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
