The man wanted in connection with a robbery of a Circle K store in the Village of Oak Creek last month has been arrested. Yavapai County Sheriff’s officials say 38-year-old Benjamin Baltz came into the store in the six-thousand block of Highway 179 at around 5 a.m. back on April 22nd. He told the clerk to give him money from the register, or he was going to shoot the clerk. The clerk gave Baltz the money and he left the store. On Tuesday, detectives were tipped off he may be living in an apartment just yards away from the Circle K. Authorities saw Baltz get out of a truck and enter an apartment. When they went to the apartment, a man inside said he wasn’t there. Detectives later found him in the bathroom. Baltz remains in custody on 25-thousand dollars bond.
