The girlfriend of an inmate is in trouble with law enforcement after she bailed him out of jail using a stolen credit card. On December 14th, Yavapai County Sheriff’s deputies talked to the owner of the card, who explained he used the card to book a room at a Sedona area resort in November. A couple of weeks later, he noticed on his statement that his card was used to bail out 40-year-old Michael Ellison from the Camp Verde Jail for just over $13-thousand dollars. The victim doesn’t know Ellison. Deputies contacted the resort and learned Ellison’s girlfriend, 30-year-old Jasmine Sizelove from the Village of Oak Creek, worked there. Hotel security confirmed Sizelove handled the transaction at the resort and the couple had talked about efforts to post bond. Sizelove was arrested back on December 21st on three counts of fraud and two counts of fraud by impersonation. She remains in custody on a $50-thousand dollar cash bond. Ellison was recaptured on Tuesday during a traffic stop. He was in possession of stolen jewelry taken from Cornville earlier in the day. He is also in custody on a $25-thousand dollar cash bond.
