PETA Offers Reward In Connection With Squirrel Video At The Grand Canyon

The animal rights group, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, is offering a $15,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction of a man who kicked a squirrel into the Grand Canyon recently.  A disturbing video surfaced over the weekend, showing two shirtless men putting food up to the edge of a rock. Then when the squirrel got close to the edge, one of the men kicked the squirrel off the rock and down into the canyon.  Officials are working with YouTube to try and track down the men, but admit it will be difficult.  If anyone happened to see the incident or has any information, call Grand Canyon Chief Ranger Bill Wright at (928) 638-7888.
