Applications for Coconino County’s “Senior Value Freeze” are due by September 2nd. The Coconino County Assessor’s Office says the Senior Value Protection Option freezes the full cash property value for property owned by low-income seniors for up to three years. To qualify, a homeowner must be at least 65-years-old and the property must be the person’s primary residence for nine months of the year.
